Doufala jsem, že pochopí, že nelze  po 15min. v prodejně zjistit, že to bude utrpení je nosit a můžou mít skrytou vadu. I kvalitní výrobce může udělat zmetka. Ale chyba lávky, setkala jsem se pouze s arogatním vystupováním jak v prodejně, tak na reklamačním v Plzni. Neshledali žádnou závadu. Chtěla bych vidět, ktrerápak je nosila. Takže chci říct, že v dnešním boji o zákazníka, společnost A3 nezvládá prozákaznický přístup a zcela určitě vím, že tam už nepůjdu nakupovat a svým známým nebudu doporučovat. Takže lidi, zvažte, kde utratíte své peníze.

Dnes jsem prodělal úžasnou zkušenost s A3 : před čtyřmi měsíci jsem si koupil reeboky,ale odlepily se mi obě paty.Dnes mi oznámili,že je to běžným opotřebením,že jsem v nich chodil....pokoušela se o mě mrtvice a na dotaz neskutečně arogantní paní vedoucí,zda jí připadá normální,že se tohle stane po tak krátké době mi odfrkla,že se nebude vyjadřovat....Adidasy mi vydržely 3,5 roku,Pumy 3 roky a teď jsem udělal krok stranou....stane se,ale už nikdy víc NEBUDU KUPOVAT V A3 SPORT!Stačilo normální jednání a chování,ale znuzené xichty prodavaček a hlavně paní vedoucí,to je na mě moc.Takže kdekoli jinde,tam už nikdy.

Nerozumím jedné věci, že Niky zakoupené v jakémkoli jiném obchodě se sportovní obuvi ,jdou při jejich předčasném rozpadu v záruční době vrátit,ale ve slavném A3 SPORTU prostě NEE!!!!  Jejich tvrzení ,je že jsem to způsobil svým špatným používáním ...  Já vnich jen chodil a to pouze za pěkného počasí ,pže byly bílé ,že... jenže asi tak šmatlám ,že se při té mé chůzi rozlepí a ZAČNOU VRZÁÁÁT !!!!  Je to shit shop!!
