Jak se věnují svým zákazníkům u T-Mobile
U mobilního operátora T-Mobile jsme celá rodina. Pravidelně platíme již několik let, ovšem kvůli tomu že z práce chodí peníze později, platíme i i my později. Vždy se jednalo pouze o několik dnů, potom bylo vše rádně zaplaceno. Nikdy s tim nebyl větší problém. Ten se objevil až v posledních měsících.
Jednou, jako obvykle, přislo měsíční vyúčtování, ale částka byla větší než obvykle. Po krátkém prozkoumání vyúčotvání jsme zjistili že je na ní pokuta za pozdní splacení (!). Nedalo mi to a zavolal jsem na Info linku . Tam jsem si postěžoval a požádal jsem o posunutí vyúčovacího období, tak abychom každý měsíc nemuseli platit pokuty. Tam jsem se dozvěděl že je jim to opravdu moc líto, že se s tim nedá nic dělat a že máme platit včas. Když jsem té slečně řekl že takhle platíme už několik let a že zatím problém nebyl, dozvěděl jsem se, že někdo něco pozměnil a že od teď máme smůlu.
Přístí měsíc opět pokuta. Znovu jsem zavolal na Info linku. Opět jsem nějaké slečně osvětlil svůj problém, a dozvěděl jsem se, že vyučtovací období lze změnit, ale že musím napsat přímo na T-Mobile. Tak jsme tedy napsali. Bez odezvy.
Doma jsme potom shodli na tom, že takovýto přístup k zákazníkům si opravdu mohou strčit někam a že na přístě si už smlouvy neprodloužíme. Zašli jsme tedy na T-Mobile, s tím že jsme nespokojeni s tím jak jednají se svými zákazníky a že nechceme prodlužovat smlovu. O pár dní později volal nějaký chlap z T-Mobile a ptal se, proč jsme vypověděli smlouvu, a proč odcházíme a bla bla bla.... . Opět jsme mu osvětlil svůj důvod, to že se mu nikdo nevěnoval a že takovéto jednání si mohou strčit do zadku. No, pokuty asi do konce běhu smlouvy (září/říjen) asi nezmizí, ale my se půjdeme poohlédnout po lepším operátorovi.
